Perry HiWay Hose Co was dispatched for a water rescue just after 04:00 on Thursday Morning.  The rescue was at the intersection of Rt 97 & I-90.  The intersection and east bound off ramps were flooded.  There were 4 vehicles in the water and not everyone was accounted for.  Some of the vehicles were submerged.  The water was 2 - 6 feet deep over a large area.  The intersection was under water and the roads and off ramps were closed for several hours.  

Kuhl Hose was called for Water Rescue #1.    All of the vehicles in the water were checked and no one was located.   

The water was a result of Tropical Depression Frances.
