Belle Valley, Kuhl Hose and Millcreek Paramedics were dispatched to Norcross Rd for a partial building collapse. MPS arrived and confirmed the partial building collapse and that there were several patients. Emergycare was requested for an additional ambulance.

Rescue 38 arrived, L32 assumed command. Truck 30 set up on Side B to remove the patient that was still on the 2nd floor. The PT was removed using a stokes basket and Truck 30 to the front yard.

683 Engine crew assisted with triage and treatment of the other 4 patients that were injured. The 4 fell 15 - 20 feet from the roof during the collapse. All 5 patients were transported to Hamot Shock Trauma for treatment.
