A one vehicle accident rolled over hitting a building at W 38th & Peach St early Tuesday Morning. The vehicle left the roadway hitting the control box for the traffic signal, rolling to it's roof and struck a building. Crews used the rescue tool to extricate the patient. The patient was transported to Hamot Shock Trauma. Erie Police are investigating.
