12/22 - 683 Engine and Tender 685 responded to Sunshine Lane in Lowville to assist Wattsburg at a Structure Fire. Wattsburg 172 arrived and reported nothing visible, and shortly after confirmed a working fire. Crews from Wattsburg made a quick knock down and contained the fire. 683's crew overhauled the area of the fire and confirmed no extension. Crews were able to assist the family in recovering some of their Christmas Gifts. The family of 6 has been displaced and will be assisted by the American Red Cross. The fire is under investigation.
