04/30 - Kuhl Hose RIT was dispatched to Lasalle Ave in Lawrence Park Township for a working house fire just after 06:30 Wednesday morning. Crews from Lawrence Park, Fairfield, Brookside, Wesleyville and the City of Erie were on the scene attempting to contain the fire when the RIT arrived. As the RIT arrived Command ordered an evacuation of the building and reported the 1st floor had partial collapse into the basement. A PAR check accounted for everyone on the fire ground. RIT stood by for about an hour. The RIT was scaled down to a 3 man team near the end of the overhaul operation and the other RIT members assisted with overhaul from the exterior.
