Mill Village Fire Company was dispatched to Frisbytown Rd at Sturgis Rd, in Rockdale Twp, Crawford Co., for a vehicle accident with injuries and entrapment.

Upon arrival C-1 reported two vehicles with heavy damage, one on its side. The driver of the overturned vehicle denied injuries. The driver of the second vehicle was found self extricated, lying next to his car with moderate to serious injuries.

Medic 91 and Squad 124 arrived on scene, requested Life Star Air EMS to the scene. Life Star was unable to make it to the scene due to severe weather. The pt was transported to Hamot Shock Trauma by Squad 124.

Rescue 121’s crew remained on scene, performed traffic control and secured the scene. The accident is under investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police, Meadville Station.
