Memorial Day Weekend Crash in Phillipsville A 2 vehicle accident summoned Wattsburg Fire Department units to Hill & Phillipsville roads and sent one patient to Hamot Shock Trauma. Two vehicles collided at the intersection sending a pick up truck into a ditch and causing moderate damage both vehicles. Chief 180 reported a critical unconscious patient, and made an update shortly after that reporting a Traumatic Cardiac Arrest. Crews extricated the patient, began the resuscitation and prepared him for transport to the Trauma Center. The Patient was taken by Life Star to the Trauma Center. Crews were on the scene for just under 1 hour. The Pennsylvania State Police are investigating. Command - 180 EMS - Squad 176, 178 & Medic 86 Rescue 172, 175 Fire Police - Kuhl Hose
