Belle Valley was dispatched for Smoke in the building on Lake Pleasant Road just after 2 p.m. Friday. Crews from Kuhl Hose, Kearsarge, and Millcreek Paramedics assisted at the scene. Crews found an overheated sump pump motor/electrical cord. Crews were in service in just under 30 minutes.
