Kearsarge Fire Department was dispatched to Smokey Bones Restaurant just before 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday night. Crews arrived on the scene and reported a working fire. Initial report was a fire in the wall that had extended to the roof. Crews quickly contained the fire using several water cans, and completely extinguished it a short time later. No injures were reported. Smokey Bones remained closed early Thursday.
